For a leading company operating in the Fashion & Luxury sector, we are looking for a Retail Operations professional to join the team responsible for managing and coordinating the operational activities of the retail network.
The successful candidate will have a strongly hands-on, field-based role, working closely with retail stores, internal departments, and the various stakeholders involved in managing and supporting the retail network.

Responsabilità principali

  • Coordinate and oversee the operational activities of retail stores
  • Support retail teams in managing day-to-day activities and implementing company procedures
  • Monitor operational and quality standards across the retail network
  • Collaborate with the Retail, Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Logistics teams
  • Support store openings, renovations, and reorganizations
  • Organize and oversee operational activities within stores
  • Monitor stores’ needs and identify appropriate corrective actions
  • Collect and share feedback from the retail network
  • Support the management of special projects and corporate initiatives across the retail network
  • Work directly in stores and oversee on-site activities

Requisiti

  • 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Retail Management, Store Operations, or similar roles
  • Previous experience in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred
  • Strong hands-on approach and ability to work directly in the field
  • Knowledge of ERP systems; Cegid is a plus
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including extended business trips, both in Italy and abroad
  • Availability to work on-site at the Milan office
